Our management team members have extensive backgrounds in healthcare operations, health information technology, device and pharmaceutical development, entrepreneurship, business development, mergers and acquisitions, finance and accounting.

Our board of directors and board of advisors include practicing physicians, experienced business leaders and entrepreneurs as well as medical and information technology experts.

CEO

Chuck has provided results driven executive leadership, strategic direction and insight to a wide range of organizations in the past 35 years.  He has helped companies develop competitive business advantage by focusing on ruthless execution, process excellence and technology leverage. Chuck has held leadership positions with Delta Dental, Rust, Carlson Companies, United HealthGroup, The Pillsbury Company, as well as a range of start up firms in healthcare and legal services. Chuck has been widely recognized for both leadership and innovation: he was named by CIO Magazine as one of the Bold 100 CIOs and was awarded the 1991 Network World Magazine, Enterprise Network Excellence Award in the Global Solutions Category. Chuck’s work in developing care management systems was also reflected in the 2000 Smithsonian/Computer World award made to his organization.

DMITRY PHILIPPOV

Senior Director, Application Development

Dmitry, who played a key role in the development of B.Smarter (Outcome Enterprise™), is an accomplished and creative technology architect and developer with more than 10 years of experience in software and systems engineering, development and architecture. Over his career he has delivered a variety of successful applications and systems in local and enterprise environments to large and small users in several countries. He has managed development teams and coordinated integration of complex systems and initiatives.

TOM MANDT

Vice President, Data Management and Analytics

Tom is an experienced IT leader who thrives on conceptualizing, analyzing and executing strategic business initiatives to increase margins and maximize sustainable competitive advantages. His extensive background includes platform development and implementation, systems design and integration, team building and project management in both domestic and international environments. He has been involved in pioneering new technologies, including the first real-time wafer map system, one of the first PC DVD boards, and the first 24-hour Internet-only radio station.
